After a successful launch in Denver, REACTIV Founders Jason Shepherd and Ryan Boykin, both real estate investors and entrepreneurs, mark Phoenix as the next city on their roadmap.
REACTIV, is an online marketplace that connects vacant and underutilized commercial real estate with tenants looking for space. The company was developed to solve two problems: First, to help owners of commercial real estate achieve better monetization on their vacancy and second, to help provide more fluid and flexible rental options for entrepreneurs.
The company helps provide revenue for landlords during traditionally long vacancy periods and offers flexible, short-term options for renters. This concept improves financial returns, ensures property preservation, and stimulates community and creativity, ultimately turning vacancy into vibrancy.
Entrepreneurs, creatives, and small business owners can browse unique commercial spaces, communicate directly with the landlord and make an offer all on REACTIVs website. Users have the ability to book space from one hour to one year and everything in between. Once a tenant requires more stability and qualifies for a long-term lease, REACTIV connects them to local preferred broker partners to ensure a smooth and seamless transition into a long-term tenancy.
“We’re creating the first step for entrepreneurs starting their journey in commercial real estate. It’s a great way for renters to get in the game without the high risk or obligation of a traditional lease,” says Ryan Boykin, co-founder of REACTIV.
REACTIV currently has 50 listings in the Phoenix metro area and expects to have hundreds more available within the next few months. Each REACTIV listing includes photos, pricing, square footage, and amenities to provide a shopping experience that is easy to search and comprehend, unlike traditional commercial listings.
“Brokers, landlords, and developers in Phoenix have been very receptive to listing their spaces on REACTIV, and why not, its free to list and were connecting them to an entirely new group of possible renters,” says Jason Shepherd, co-founder of REACTIV.
